BTW, to undermine anyone's argument to blame the SEC I posted warnings on about 300 stock boards that their stock was at risk of an SEC Suspension specifically for delinquent Financials. Each stock had a direct link to EDGAR to demonstrate the delinquencies.
No-one on any of the stocks I warned can say they weren't warned.
