If they file it would be a good thing. What would be in the filing could make or break the company. As it is it will go down if nothing is done

They can't get "current", they had their chance, the stock will not trade for 10 days. It will got to the greys on the first day and never come back from that.

So if they get current still doesn't matter

it might avoid revocation. revocation proceedings have already begun. but no matter what, this will now be a grey market stock.
