Another issue with their delays is Nevada will have 80 new dispensary licenses soon for Clark County that only currently licensed marijuana businesses can apply for. Mark and Brett will have to get in suits and go before the panel and plead their case why they deserve one of those dispensary licenses. The panel will ask them what have you done with the licenses we already gave you? What tax revenue have you generated for the state in the last 3 years? How many jobs did you create over the last 3 years? What have you done for the local community in the last 3 years?

Those licenses are supposed to be creating jobs and generating tax revenue for the state public schools. Politicians stuck their neck out getting the laws set up for the new marijuana businesses to get started quickly.
