OS must stay blinded to get full reimbursement credit. If for example 50 unevented patients are currently beyond the moving OS and 40 are closing in on it, with most expected to pass it, then the potential to move the current moving median out significantly is not something NWBO would want to leave on the table. FDA and the DMC may long ago have been satisfied with efficacy but the questions of how much, with which additional treatments and in which tumor types would have remained especially if anti PD-1 treatments were added in to the treatment regimen of some later patients. More time for OS will reveal a much clearer big picture. In the mean time NWBO knows there must be other news venues to make up for the lack of the conference presentation or the silence will be relentlessly hammered. Best wishes.
