Why? Because it is not appropriate for a public company to provide certain detail info to one shareholder instead of to all shareholders at once. Insider information. Other info as an alternative? I think there is certain info that NWBO should be able to make public to all shareholders. But I also understand the concept that when they have put out public info in the past, it has been attacked.
