On OTCmarkets.com, it shows OS ~ 243M, I guess it's from last year. So if there was a RS happened recently (early 2017), then yes, the 100M AS sounds good. I don't see RS in 2016 or 2017 from the chart though, I hope there is someone who hold this stock from last year until now can confirm whether RS happened recently or not.
