Someone on twitter claimed they called the TA and the float is 88.4 million and the a/s is 2 billion. I'm seeing a lot of different numbers being thrown around. It's seems strange that a company that is trying to get FDA approval wouldn't have its filings in order. I don't think the FDA approval has been independently verified either.

It seems the ta has not been made aware of a 20:1 split, they're telling everyone the o/s is just over 242 million shares. I'm not really sure what's going on. I also find it hard to believe that a company that's trying to get FDA approval would ignore their filing requirements. They seem to have the money to afford them too, so they don't really have a good excuse. I'll call the ta myself tomorrow and see what's up, I never got a reply to my email.
