Isn't there an early termination fee if AMDA gets acquired? Maybe getting out front of that. Or just that screwy accounting problem........

Great work! We knew it would be paid off by end of year or earlier and glad to see they are taking into account that final payment fee and COH won't be diminished by that. Also lines up with the October timeline - whether it is buyout news OR a massive dump of PR that reboots the stock price, it's a win/win scenario at this point.
