I don't know. They said they expected it by July to mid-summer. Mid summer is about August 7 (give or take a week). Les only gets informed about once a month or so regarding count. I suppose a decision on what NWBO does about the count once it arrived would take more time.

Surely you are smart enough to recognize the word games. "We have not yet decided" on something that likely happened two months ago. If they haven't decided, we can rule out the possibility it has been unblinded. If 233 happened in July like everyone (including the company) expects, and it is still blinded, they have decided through inaction to continue past 233.
