When you talk about LQMT's IP you now have to consider EON's IP that has no restrictions on it.

Apparently Lugee Li's LM 105 formulation isn't included in the MTA…or something like that….
he has a cheaper / lighter formulation that isn't part of the original deal.

I think I have that right.
