I think the Board would call for an immediate vote of no confidence if that happened, and we'd all vote yes on that one.
Again, she's not the type to give up power or control, which is exactly what would happen in BK court. You do not leverage a potentially 500M patent for 15M debt.
You sell a percentage of rights to a partner for future sales in return for 15M and maybe some phase 3 money.
