Go to BK out of spite? She's seemingly incompetent and seemingly shareholder unfriendly...not stupid, and not going to risk everything to spite thousands of shareholders that made their voice heard in this vote.

I think the Board would call for an immediate vote of no confidence if that happened, and we'd all vote yes on that one.

Again, she's not the type to give up power or control, which is exactly what would happen in BK court. You do not leverage a potentially 500M patent for 15M debt.

You sell a percentage of rights to a partner for future sales in return for 15M and maybe some phase 3 money.

I've always enjoyed your posts, but I think you're off kilter on this issue. Perhaps out of frustration or outright anger, but we're all in this boat.
