But you don't know for sure and it's very possible you are stating numbers without complete accuracy. You are purely guessing on the amount and on the timing when the conversions would have taken place! :-)

For example, If the notes were being converted during the month of June based of off when the average share price was around $.002 per share and not issued and sold into the market until after the last 10-Q was released... Then shares sold at a 50% discount could have been converted at $.001 per share or more. :-)

At that rate, then yes... the volume from the past few weeks could have more than covered what was necessary for the paying off of all convertible debts. In fact, that is more likely what has happened as the $FUTL stock is now on the move ^UP^ in a big way, not down! LOL! :-)

The BUYing volume and demand for the stock has completely outpaced any remaining shares being sold into the market and has probably now completely paid off the notes. :-)
