The terms are all in the Q, no mystery. They don't go off average price they go off lowest closing price = .0004. You can look up terms, I think they said last 20 days. Not really interested in doing more research, any company who dilutes 800 million shares in 2 months, after doing a 1 for 400 reverse split 2 years ago, is not for me.
