That's NOT done with FDA trials. I'm not endorsing the slide he had was great, just saying that companies **cannot** do speculative analysis of their FDA trials!

I wanted to see the slides because I figured he had to update his 'mid-July' prediction, either say it happened already or not. That was the only diff I expected.

IMO the company should be able to put out analysis on blended data available to the public and say this is what we are expecting from what is known to everyone.

They shouldn't be in hot water with anyone for doing that.

How about the journal with whom they are working with to publish this article to come? Do prestigious medical journals require some sort of an embargo on not releasing what is intended to be released in the journal?
