It seems to me that the success or failure of the trial will mainly hinge on whether the Primary and/or Secondary Endpoints are met. Based on your DD ... do you have any estimates for placebo versus treatment for PFS and for OS? Will there be a sufficient number of months of benefit shown for either or both? How many, in your estimation?
