I'm not even going out on a limb when I say we will have an Air-to-Air refueling contract. I just don't know exactly when.

I'll say this again, TMPS probably has a contract already contingent on their ability to fulfill. Johan dose not make a move that isn't already a solid revenue generator. His bid on the Tri-Stars is a response to a contract negotiation that did not happen overnight. Willing to bet it's been in the works for months! This is why he performed a hostile takeover here. Anybody really think he just found out about these tankers?
