Somewhat agree. Certainly more transparency in these matters from TMPS would enable current and future investors to make better decisions about their TMPS Investments.

I only somewhat agree because DOD has been refueling in the air since:

So, unless the fuel is being sent in a transporter, it's been done before. There has to be more to this story that hasn't been disclosed to the public.
