Agree... temporary suspension lifted on BITCF early.... not one person has come on this board to the exactness of the suspension.... they picked a big player this time.... there's plenty of stinky fish that should've been suspended long time ago & j.shell know what I'm talking about.
I posted those links because U.S. is behind the curve on this, this one shows Canadian Exchanges recognizing ICO's as legit forms of business.
As I said before, nobody understands exactly what happened with PHOT. And it's trading unsolicited.
Is it because FINRA has NEVER approved a stock going from the greys to an exchange?
It's not a question of a formerly suspended stock moving from the Greys to an exchange. That's never happened. It's a question of a formerly suspended stock moving from the Greys back to the Pinks. No exchange comes into it. OTCMarkets is not an exchange.
EMGE did return to the Pinks. This is how it happened:
I have to agree with you. This was a purely anti-cryptocurrency move. This will be a step of a longer war which governments are preparing against cryptocurrencies.
Both BITCF and ICAU were engaged in ICOs. Halting these two stocks are the only power the SEC has over the proliferation of cryptocurrencies.
