Yup. It's their way of sending a 'shot across the bow. Shelley knows they could also have imposed a DTC chill, but what would be the justification? The company is in the up-and-up. They couldn't! That would have prevented any trading if they really had a case and were really that concerned.

They took down the 'big gorilla' in the room to make their point. Now the company has to fight it. The coin-plays are still hit and will still be even if trading on the greys.
