McAfee did pr a new coin he created himself called the McAfee Coin ICO last month, I almost forgot. He created it with two guys in China, and it's a way to invest in startups, and the coin owners will have a "say" in the direction of the coin. It's basically what the SEC warned about in its letter, and I think any company that used the acronym "ico" should be worried. Now where does this involve MGT? It's tough to say, MGT doesn't seem to have an interest in it. When John was talking about it on twitter he said MGT would have a stake in it, but no official pr or 8k came out.
It's funny you ask about otcqb. Recently I posted a pr from November that was from the company saying they will be uplisting to the otcqx shortly. I don't think they even met the requirements. Didn't stop John and and their former pr person, Tiffany Madison, from pushing that story for about a week. Supposedly they are working to get on the qb though. Not sure it really matters except to a small few.
