As Hamp said, I've been following this stock for a long time. I have never found it to respond to traditional charting techniques. Just not enough volume in my opinion. What I can say is that if you buy in at this level and put in a GTC ticket for a nice gain, you will probably eventually be filled. Problem is there is no telling when that might happen. Stock has made a few big moves but they come unexpectedly and dissappear just as fast.
As the other long timers have said, I wouldn't hold my breath. It will remain the same. A month from now, 6 months from now, a year from now. Unless they get some blockbuster news, which would be shocking, this will remain the same. Just look at the bid/ask. That says a lot about the liquidity of this stock. It's a shame, but reality for years.
