I said the last RS was in 2014. And quoted this:

"List any stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, merger, acquisition, spin-off, or reorganization either currently anticipated or that occurred within the past 12 months:
Reverse Stock Split"

What do the details of RS in 2014 have to do with the statement above?

That statement says he either RSd in the past year or intends to this one. The first option is long past, so must be the second.
