Why not? we are already at $3. Raising at $3 will not be a difficult, imo. ... I like it.

What do you think about this?

Raise $100M (or any amount / if necessary) after top line result announcement (when the PPS will be significantly higher ... worse case (theoretically): the same as it is now), before release of detailed data ... they have enough money to do this ...

- the PPS will be higher definitely after on-set and before top line announcement
- will jump on top line
- will jump higher on detailed
- the possibility that AMRN does not have to higher anybody is exist ... I mean BO is possible (To avoid any doubt: I mean somebody buy the Co and not that it will be sold ... feel the difference)

Marz ...some times I worry about you.

1) poster Heysfguy is not a boob ...in fact lives nearby and works I believe for a hedge fund / mutual fund / biotech related employment.
2) Raise $100m NOW !!!! ... So current market cap is $823 m and they still have $80m ? COH ...so immediate effect is roughly a 12 % dilution of EXISTING share holders ( thats U by the way ) ...BUT no worries , you are apparently willing to fund them at $5 a share ....go for it ...small change for you I'm sure.

Suggest you watch script numbers and study Q3 earning report ...that will tell you if they need $ before final readout
