If you work in an ER maybe you should take the time to educate yourself about the anti-inflammatory properties of EPA and it's potential to reduce the effects of traumatic brain injuries - there is at least one story I'm aware of about a teenage who was saved from permanent brain damage by high doses of EPA/DAH - oh hey, there was a second person helped by this treatment - also brought a man that was trapped in a mine and suffered severe brain trauma from lack of oxygen come out of a coma:
