Ok let's go back to the basics:

A 10K has about 15 parts. The F/S or Financial statement is the only part that has not been completed yet in my honest opinion.

The F/S is at the accountant for one final change in my honest opinion.

Everything else is peanuts.

50/50 it will be this week Imo.
