So your thinking Another round of everyone getting their hands on the K?
K doesn't move to the next hand till they are paid?

Attorney gets his and pitches the K to the Accountants.
Accountants hold the K till they are paid?
Then pitches the K to the Auditor.
Auditor doesnt file till he gets his?
K gets dropped when all the players are happy.
If it were me, I'd drag me feet paying these guys..maybe 6 months late.

Or are we going to have some point of minutiae to spring up that kicks the k back to all hands for another round?

Seems to me, this is a never ending process

Has a K ever help up so much before?
I've never been in one.


Been in a bunch that the k was just another stepping stone in the share selling scams.
A lot of those.
