ash111 - it seems that the company retains

the right to sell, or not to sell, the 20M shares. And, it seems that, as of today, none of the 20M have been sold.

Am I correct? They could have pulled the offer.

I was hoping to jump back in here at a later date when revenues increased and they announced the signing of the new space. Now, I have no idea what is going on.
