Watch, if RS passes which might well be the case because Tutes all bailed, and Soon Shiong wants it to happen. And, if RS happen, watch Tutes buy back in after the blood is spilled. The cheap take over will be back on the table again! This is speculation based on my own view as always.

The PREM 14A we saw earlier in the year was not a mistake. Lots of backroom maneuvering that we are not privy to for sure. To add to this the pending action by PTodd and the petitioners will add spice to this "Special Meeting"
