N3, if Soon Shiong wants RS to pass what does that mean? Why do you think K want RS to pass with 10 million options in the first place? Because he will have the power to offer more shares and award more options to change majority ownership of the company!!

This would further suggest the theory of a cheap take over was indeed going to happen. Remember we have speculated that in order to get a cheap deal through, you need to have enough votes to make it happen? Maybe K was doing all this stuff on behalf of Soon Shiong. What if Soon Shiong was the reason why K was behaving like what he did the last couple of years? What if Soon Shiong was the genius or shall I say mastermind behind all that's happening? A failed take over and they aren't giving up but trying to RS and still make it happen? I'll be darned if that's what happens.

Seriously, K has at least 35 million cash after paying off the loans. You can absolutely run the company for another year. OK, even companies doing expensive trials on NASH doesn't burn that much cash per year. 20 million can run the company for a year without raising money with 27 employees.

K diluted massively to keep the SP low, and now he wants RS so that he could distribute company ownership. We shouldn't be in this situation in the first place!! We shouldn't be under 1$ and facing this delisting threat. Ok. None of this should have happened in a normal company.

Watch, if RS passes which might well be the case because Tutes all bailed, and Soon Shiong wants it to happen. And, if RS happen, watch Tutes buy back in after the blood is spilled. The cheap take over will be back on the table again! This is speculation based on my own view as always.
