Are you saying that the share structure was such before the, and then they split recently to have this limited authorized share count?

Can we elaborate and clarify how those numbers changed please. Links would be great to post.

I see the numbers you mention on ihub financials, but how often is that updated? Market cap looks different on yahoo finance than it does on IHUb.

OS is 226M and Tom paid 30M for Night Flight Stake with restricted shares and Cash...(Once shares are issued they go to OS not the FLOAT) That is why the OS is 256M now in q2 filing and current as of today...I spoke to Tom about Otdmarkets being updated and he said after filings. The 30M are restricted for 1 Yr from issuance and subject to covenants and rule144. Tom is NOT going to use covertible debt or notes to build the company and that is why this is an investment grade stock. The float its still around 110M as of today. This was Pr"d about a month ago and I posted all about. Don't come to this board and post bs to scare people and confuse them with some stupid blog/newsletter with faulty information that a clown wrote. 4 billion os LMFAO
