OS is 226M and Tom paid 30M for Night Flight Stake with restricted shares and Cash...(Once shares are issued they go to OS not the FLOAT) That is why the OS is 256M now in q2 filing and current as of today...I spoke to Tom about Otdmarkets being updated and he said after filings. The 30M are restricted for 1 Yr from issuance and subject to covenants and rule144. Tom is NOT going to use covertible debt or notes to build the company and that is why this is an investment grade stock. The float its still around 110M as of today.
