It's Nevada, and it's showing 5B. Not Delaware!

They moved their corp status from Del to NV in June according to them.

On June 2, 2017, the Company moved the corporation from the state of Delaware to Nevada

Since they have their office in Nevada they do not need to file as a Foreign Corp from what I understand.

Now the AS numbers is what I can't figure out right now, NV says 5 bill and the quarterly filing says 10 bill.
