This is an excellent question.

The company released a document a few months back reducing the A/S to 5 billion via NVSOS!

looking at this document in NV they are not filing as Foreign corp?

This was a reduction from 10 billion A/S....in Delaware, where the company was originally incorporated, I have not payed the fee in Delaware to see what the status is but you can search and find that the corp was in fact Delaware...not Nevada?

On 8/8/17 the company filed several docs on OTC stating 10 billion A/S?

The TA will not tell you A/S but they will tell you O/S and it is kept up to date in the sticky, calling or emailing TA will verify that the sticky is correct for O/S!!

I'm going with 10 billion A/S based on the info I can see!
