I don't believe we'll ever see the original ANDA and I've outlined the reasons for that already. I bet Damaj is hoping that that dangling participle just fades off into the sunset as their Hikma sales kick in. There is no way in my mind that an OTC ANDA for a safe and proven medicine that's been on the market for 23 years and already has several OTC ANDA's out there takes this long(Nov 2014) to process. And where do the 25 million Novalere shares go? That question about INNV wholly owning Novalere Holdings has never been answered coherently by anyone. That's why I've referred to it as a shell game.
