The Myth is the ALKM CEO can't use any of the Toxic funding to get filings done or keep shareholders informed. LOL

Well, not filing is a securities law violation, and the SEC can suspend them at any time for this.


Plus, it looks like they lied to the SEC in their previous NT-10K notification. They obviously failed to provide the 10K for 2015, too, and they lied, claiming they had filed it.
