Well then as it pertains to ALKM... Really, wonder how Bernie Madoff got away with all he did?

The Myth is the ALKM CEO can't use any of the Toxic funding to get filings done or keep shareholders informed. LOL

The Problem: FAILURE by a CEO in PENNYLAND, is not only an Acceptable Practice, it REWARDS a CEO... It's much EASIER for CEO to make money selling Company shares, than Build a Company.
