The company needs to have a BOD as a US public company. Now, they did not specify of whom the Board of Directors is comprised of in the Quarterly filing (which only lists Wang as CEO), but RO is listed as "company Officer" along with CEO and Secretary on OTCmarkets. So, our best guess would be that he is also a Board member with full responsibilities to stakeholders.
Or we may see another amendment of the Q-report soon lol
