Exchange Act Section 16(a) requires that an individual file a Form 3 within ten
days of becoming an officer, director, or ten percent beneficial owner of a company.
None of Digital brand's officers or directors has ever filed Forms 3 or 4, and they all
therefore have committed multiple violations of Exchange Act Section 16(a). (Welch

yeah they sure are "saying" that they are fighting it. There was a hearing scheduled for 8/9 but the reply brief asked for it to be canceled

Oh, I see. Then it's not an order; just a reply brief. So DBMM is trying to fight the SEC's attempt to revoke registration.

Which is ridiculous. As the SEC points out, either a company is delinquent, or it is not. DBMM is delinquent. It's just a matter of time; registration will be revoked.
