Look at Steve Jobs, In his first tenure he didn't care about the Stock price only about building the next great computer and the Board got Pissed and backed Arthur Rock and had him Fired from his own Company for Pissing away too much money...
Who is on the BOD of DOLV, Thats who you need to contact and complain to, Not the Executives, they are just interested in Cars and batteries and are usually unconcerned about the stock price because if they do their job Correctly the Price will follow.
Sorry but with a public company this is how it works.
