Of course it does, major dilution! Perhaps my thoughts were not clear until I added to my post. That's what I mean by "the terms", identifying how much dilution this will bring! The CEO knows this right now, but somehow doesn't think it should be told to shareholders (that's a pink sheet for ya!).

You know that this means major dilution, I know that too, but I assure you, today's buyers don't! ;-)

Why do we need more financing? Didn't we receive a huge settlement from JNJ (for which the terms were undisclosed)? Oh, yeah, that money was placed into a special account for future litigation.
