Of course it does, major dilution! Perhaps my thoughts were not clear until I added to my post. That's what I mean by "the terms", identifying how much dilution this will bring! The CEO knows this right now, but somehow doesn't think it should be told to shareholders (that's a pink sheet for ya!).

You know that this means major dilution, I know that too, but I assure you, today's buyers don't!
