I have yet to see any judicious corroboration to help support the theory of another merger as that ordinarily happens roughly the same time or before the dissolution... I'm not sure how long this empty and dormant shell is going to sustain it's current activity, but it will be subject to a suspension if FINRA doesn't delete the symbol first...
