let's not overthink it. either a RM is coming or it's not. if a transaction is going to happen, then those who buy will make a profit, those who sell will get left behind.
what the pps does in the mean time makes very little difference. i've been in since Q1 of 2016 when roche paid off all the debt.
if it stays low, i'll probably add a few.
once RM news hits it could gap to .25 or higher, so i'm not going to care whether i pay .008 or .012, it's basically the same.
