Absolutely nothing, hence why we are still hovering over .01. If Roche wasn't involved this would be at no bid and done. IMO the longer this does drag out the less likely Roche becomes involved again. Only time will tell. Good luck

I don't see how it would apply since the 'public shell' definition doesn't encompass dissolved corporation. It specifically states that even if all assets are sold it must remain alive for possible merger..
