The ticker change that happened this morning on finra's list was announced beginning of May and they are domestic....i don't think this length of time is out of the ordinary.

Sorry buddy, but you're wrong IMO. Ticker/name changes do in fact take this long. I've seen several recent ticker/name changes fall into the 4-6 month category. I would have to think ours falls into the more complex category - esp. with the multiple entities that are seeming getting rolling into our Holding Co. Have mistakes been made? Of course. We'd all love to see a completely seamless and quick transition, but this is the real world. No doubt in my mind the language barrier has caused some hiccups along the way. If OTC plays were easy, we'd all be retired.

Regarding the dirty shell, I also disagree. This R/M needed a specific shell with a specific share structure that fit the merging companies requirements. Out of those available for a quick sale, DOLV was the best option. Available shells aren't a dime a dozen. DOLV does in fact have extremely clean books for a pinkie - virtually no debt. Good luck finding a better option. We have several sources confirming (including RO, FINRA itself, etc) that the currently litigation (in which we are the Plaintiff) will not hold up the name change process. Now the company wanting those 54M shares accounted for and retired before the name change happens is a different story - but I don't think that's the case.

Bottom line is people are impatient and under the impression that the FINRA process is quick. It is not. And on top of that, they are short staffed. I don't think there were/are any abnormal delays and we'll see the name change soon enough. It's running its course and will happen when it happens! Just need to exercise patience, or sell and chase when the bomb is dropped :) Cheers!
