Bong, in my opinion best option doesn't mean clean shell. The shell had issues in the past and we knew that since the beginning. Of course, if someone has a previous offense, it's natural that it's going to be looked more closely. That's all I said. A dirty shell, coupled with a foreign company and language barrier (which should never happen in my opinion - that's why they hired RO, right?) is going to make things go a little slower than the perfect path.
Again, I believe in DOLV and I have patience to wait. Hope you're on this boat as well.

Marked you for the great summary of the R/M particulars. I am certain Oravec was thorough in his analysis before acting on behalf of Dequn Wang and Jinbo. If anything, the 54M shares of bogus consulting shares could easily disappear and make this an even better choice when all is settled.
