May you have a happy ending just as in the movies. I had lost money on DRWI a few years ago, so I didn't go near them on this round. Theoretically they should have dome better, but a series of mistakes and misfortunes fell on them.
Now from what I read elsewhere today there is just a slim chance that some other company could come forward and buy the lenders off and snap up the inventory (patents?)on the cheap. So maybe you get some of your money back, depending on what price you held.
It sure collapsed into this disaster overnight, trading stopped, everything in tatters.
This does show the power that a lawsuit can bring, the money guys forcing the CEO into a pending receivership. Hope DRWI gets a last minute deal and the lenders get satisfied. Could get settled, small opportunity to avoid out and out bankruptcy - but that has to happen soon for you and the others there. CEO should be working the phones day and night.
I'm getting pretty down on the whole idea of the 'stock market' being anything but corrupt and no real accounting by the SEC or any other oversight.
Again, sorry for you and not meaning to beat up on anyone / common shareholder that was just trying to make a return. We can add the media into the mess in that they can't deliver useful information until it's too late, after the facts become obvious.
