I would like to see a BOD independent and tied to no one. Let Dart, UTSW, Ronin, and ES (if necessary) each choose a highly qualified BOD member that will act in SHs best interest whatever that brings whether it results in $10 or 50 a share.

Do not really disagree with you here, I would have no issue with an equally qualified, not Ronin hand picked, BOD slate.

But many here would object.

"Qualified" implies to me industry experience. And thus they will have ties to all the bad players out there that some are oh so worried about.

BTW, an alternative slate need be within about 2 weeks (unless PPHM delays the ASM).
