My concern is Pohl is just a puppet on a bad BOD who 286 shares mean nothing to how he votes one way or another.

Ronin's BOD will vote the way he wants and at $10 a share he makes a lot of money while most of us don't.

I would like to see a BOD independent and tied to no one. Let Dart, UTSW, Ronin, and ES (if necessary) each choose a highly qualified BOD member that will act in SHs best interest whatever that brings whether it results in $10 or 50 a share.
